Kiri Sailiata is a UC Postdoctoral Research Fellow hosted by the Department of Asian American Studies at UCLA. She received her PhD in American Culture at the University of Michigan where she specialized in Colonialism and Empire; Native Pacific Cultural Studies; Transnational Feminism; and Critical Indigeneity. Her research has been supported by the Andrew C. Mellon and Ford Foundations.
